Voice messages
You can now send and receive voice messages directly within Gio conversations. Whether you're chatting with a client via WhatsApp, Instagram, or the built-in messenger — voice is supported everywhere.
No need to switch apps. Record, send, listen — all inline.
Instagram DM sync
Instagram DM integration is now fully bidirectional. Previously, you could only receive messages from Instagram. Now you can reply directly from Gio, and the client sees your response in their Instagram inbox.
This means one less app to keep open during the day.
